This is the one you’ve been asking for after spying some test kitchen versions in Oti’s lunchbox the other day… my nourishing version of the store-bought muesli bars that I used to love as a kid! Not naming names here, but you know the ones, with 27 ingredients, 6 different types of sugar, flavours and fillers and, yuck.
These Choc Cherry Muesli Bars are made with rolled oats, coconut and sweet frozen cherries (which you could easily switch out for frozen raspberries) and drizzled with a little melted dark chocolate.
They’re also nut free, dairy free and vegan if that’s your thing.
