The term ‘Superfood’ is all-the-rage at the moment, but these are actually just real foods. So here are my Top 10 Superfoods For Kids, along with some recipes and ideas on how you can encourage your kids to try them, eat them and maybe even love them (you can always sneak them in if you need to too!).
