It’s normal for children to like something one day and dislike it the next, to refuse new foods or just not like the shape, colour or texture of a certain food, because most of the time it’s completely normal and happening as part of your child’s development. The strategies we implement to deal with food refusal and the food choices we offer during this period, can have a huge impact on how wiling kids are to try new foods, and how their future eating habits are ultimately shaped.
