The first “1000 days” of life – from day 1 of conception to a child’s 2nd birthday – has been identified as a critical window of time that sets the stage for a person’s lifelong health. By supporting this period of enormous potential and vulnerability with the right nutrition, we can build healthier and more prosperous futures for our children.
When I was pregnant, there was so much new and conflicting advice and misleading marketing out there on how to eat safe and well in pregnancy and what and how to best to feed our kids, I didn’t know where to look.
I aim to help ease the stress by offering comprehensive research-backed nutritional advice, practical natural solutions to common childhood complaints, easy recipes and shopping guides. By educating, inspiring and empowering mums-to-be, parents and carers, we can make healthier food choices for their children… right from the start.
